Hawaiian Pork

3 lbs lean pork (cubed 1 inch)
1/4 cup margarine
3/4 cup thinly sliced onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup water
4 tsp salt
2 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 20 oz can pineapple tidbits with juice

Method:

Lightly brown cubed pork. Saute margarine, onion, and green pepper. Add pineapple. Combine water, salt, cornstarch, soya sauce, brown sugar and pineapple juice to thicken sauce.

Simmer and serve over rice.
