1 lb hamburg
1 large or 2 medium onions
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Keens hot mustard
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
1 or 2 tsp vinegar (taste in between tsp to check)
3/4 cup brown sugar
Dice onions, add with other ingredients to the hamburg, top with sweet and sour sauce. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. Tastes great cold on a sandwich
