2    cups     flour
1/2    tsp    salt
5    tsps    baking powder
2        eggs
1/4    cup    white sugar
2    cups    milk
1/3    cup    oil
Sift flour, add baking powder, salt and sugar. Beat eggs in mixing bowl.Add milk and mix. Stir in oil, then add flour mixture all at once. Beat until smooth. Pour out 1/4 cup for each pancake.
