1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup shortening
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups flour
1 egg
1 rounded tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients, roll into walnut sized balls, flatten with a fork (dipped in flour). Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes (Wait a few minutes to remove from pan - they are very tender and need to cool)
