1 - 8 oz cream cheese
1/4-cup butter
1/4-cup beer
1-tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
1-tsp horseradish
2-3 drops tabasco
1/4-tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2-tsp crushed fresh garlic
(room temperature for all ingredients)
Blend all ingredients (not in food processor), chill and serve with crackers or french bread.
