Sour Cream Biscuits

2-2/3 cups flour
2 tsp sugar
5-1/3 tsp baking powder
2/3 tsp salt
2 cups sour cream
(grated cheddar optional - 1 good sized cup)

Blend together, knead slightly, roll to desired thickness, cut out with cookie cutter. (I brush on egg wash (one beaten egg, 1 tbsp water mixed) before baking)
Bake 12-15 minutes at 425. BEST EVER
